Many people living with challenges around regulating emotions which is a component for many mental health issues including: bi-polar, depression, anxiety, BPD, and addiction etc. have experienced trauma. This course teaches about trauma and how to cope and thrive, with skills that draw from dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and more.
It is not necessary to take the DBT100 or any other course as a prerequisite. You may take this course as a stand alone course.
