I remember feeling my body shake as the anger built up.
I remember saying horrible things to people and feeling like I couldn’t stop my mouth from spewing the venom.
I remember locking myself in the bathroom contemplating if I should self-harm.
I remember frantically coming up with ever more damaging ways to keep my relationships from falling apart.
And then I found Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
My body doesn’t shake anymore.
I think before I speak.
Self-harm is not even an option in my life.
I let broken relationships leave and nurture the relationships that deserve it.

DBT 200 Advanced DBT! If you have completed our Intro to DBT course (in-person or online) then join us in expanding your knowledge of the core DBT skills and learn more skills that will support you in having a life worth living. Currently offered as an in-person group (online coming soon). Starts January 2017.
