One year Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program, call x2437 on the 1st of each month to see if the wait list is open.
Also, 20 Week Skills Groups for individuals who see a therapist in CAMH or elsewhere at least twice monthly, call any time to see if waiting list is open. Both programs are self-referral only.

CAMH: Psychoeducational Group for Family and Friends of Individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. Contact Person Janice Weston, (416) 535-8501, ext. 4454. 8 week group (1.5 hours per week), not restricted to CAMH patients’ family members and friends.

The Family Council. Contact: 416-535-8502 x4015. The Family Resource Centre offers emotional support and resources to help you cope, if you are a friend or family member of someone with mental health and/or addiction issues. Support groups are held on a regular basis throughout the year.
