Individual Therapy

Do you struggle with your emotions and behaviours?  Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) has been demonstrated to help regulate emotions and reduce or eliminate unwanted behaviours and increased positive behaviours.*

Dialectical Living offers one on one therapy in conjunction with our group.  The Skills Group is the largest part of the therapy as it is where you learn skills.  Doing One on one individual therapy helps you with your behaviours.  If you would like to know more please contact Julie at julie@dialecticalliving.ca or call at 416-616-5284.
