Interpersonal Mastery – 4-Week Online DBT Program
Description:
Join us for a transformative 4-week journey focused exclusively on the Interpersonal Effectiveness module of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This program is designed for individuals who want to improve their ability to build and maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships, set boundaries, and communicate more effectively. Whether you’re navigating personal or professional relationships, this course provides practical skills to enhance your interactions.
What to Expect:
Over the course of four weeks, we’ll dive deep into key concepts and strategies of DBT’s interpersonal effectiveness, including:
– Assertiveness and balancing wants and needs
– Building and maintaining positive relationships
– Navigating conflict and difficult conversations with confidence
– Increasing self-respect and managing guilt or resentment

Family Support – Lunch and Learn
Re-starting in Nov. 2025 — A weekly lunchtime program designed to equip families with practical communication tools and emotional coping strategies from DBT! A different theme each month.
Details:
– Dates: Wednesdays (weekly, 4 sessions at a time)
*IMPORTANT NOTE* Due to the winter holidays, there will be no session on Wed. Dec. 24 or 31, instead there will be a session on Monday Dec. 29.
