Hello, I am Lauryn, I am finishing my undergraduate studies currently at Queen’s University and then will go on to get my MSW. I am very passionate about mental health, helping others and therapy, especially DBT. It has helped me drastically in my own life and has instilled numerous fundamental skills into my life that I use every day, and I am excited and hopeful to share with others!!
